Papu x Moomin Characters print dress. A-line dress in the Shine collection features voluminous puff sleeves. The round neckline and cuffs have elastic channels with plenty of gathering to add volume. The dress has pockets in the side seams, and it comes with a belt that can be tied around the waist if desired. The dress is knee-length, and the hem is slightly longer at the back. Relaxed fit.
Material: 98% Organic cotton, 2% Elastane. Washable.
The collection, which includes a vivacious aquarelle print is adapted from Tove Jansson’s Comet in Moominland book’s illustration. The picture shows Moomintroll, Sniff and Snufkin, who are traveling on stilts at the bottom of the dried-up sea. There is a sense of tension in the air, but in the end everything ends well and the great excitement passes. The Moomin and Tailed Star illustration highlights very current and important themes: openness towards strangers, facing climate change and the importance of family and loved ones.
